5 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom infill home with 3-car rear detached garage.
Modern Farmhouse-style exterior with exposed gables, a 12:12 roof pitch, black framed windows, and a mix of stucco and panelled siding with black accents. A stained cedar soffit acts as a design element in the front entry and back patio.
Meticulously planned main floor with European oak hardwood flooring and numerous arched entries throughout.
Incredibly spacious kitchen features white oak shaker cabinetry with a large island with fluted shaker detailing, a quartz waterfall edge, and extra-large pendant lighting. Backsplash is a mix of quartz with tonal white tiled backsplash above the range, leading to a plaster hood vent.
Opposite the kitchen is a bar area with dark grey lacquered cabinetry and satin brass pulls. Fridge/freezer beverage drawers and a separate wine cooler are an added convenience.

Main floor powder room features a floating vanity with arched gold mirror nestled against a floor-to-ceiling reeded glass privacy window that allows light to bounce off the moody charcoal grey walls.
Rear mudroom features drop zone cabinetry with a bench and open cubbies and trendy herringbone tiled flooring.
A custom reeded glass door with powder-coated metal frame leads to the main floor office, featuring a mix of dark and light elements. Charcoal wall paint is complemented by white oak built in’s with a fluted wall feature.
A hardwood and iron staircase leads upstairs where you’ll find vaulted ceilings, four bedrooms, and upper floor laundry.
Primary ensuite features an extra-long dual sink vanity with black framed mirrors suspended in front of a reeded glass window. Fluted tile detailing in the walk-in shower and above the standalone bathtub complements the interior details found downstairs.
A walk-in closet is found directly off the ensuite with a built-in makeup vanity.
